I gave Vikings War of Clans a try as a new player, the beginner protection felt like it disappeared way too fast. At first I thought I had a little breathing room to figure things out, build stuff up, and learn how the game worked.

But once that protection ended, it felt like I was stuck in a corner with much stronger players coming after me before I was even ready. I was still trying to catch up, and suddenly I’m getting raided and losing progress, which made the whole thing feel frustrating and kind of trapped.

The game looks decent and there are some interesting parts to it, but the early experience really needs a better shield or fairer matchmaking. I wanted to give it more time, but I ended up quitting sooner than I expected.

I remember the first few days feeling decent and thinking the game had potential. But after a while, progress slowed down so much that it started to feel more frustrating than fun. From what I can recall, it got to the point where you either had to grind constantly or spend money just to keep pace. I didn’t mind putting in some effort, but it eventually felt like too much

I’ve used it a few times now, usually while I’m checking stuff on my phone after dinner, and the payments have mostly gone through without any issue. I did have one time where it took longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking back, but it did end up paying out in the end.

The tutorials were clear enogh and helped me get started fast. I didn’t feel too lost, which was nice.

I played in my language and the text was easy to understand the whole time. Nothing sounded weird or awkward, which is always a relief?? how often do game translations feel this smooth??

I tried turning off most of the notifications in the app, but somehow I was still getting popups and emails about attacks, offers, clan updates, and random stuff I didn’t care about. It gave me that left-in-the-dark feeling, like I had no idea what setting was actually controlling what.

I even checked my phone settings and unsubscribed a couple of times, but the messages still kept coming. It gets really annoying when you’ve clearly said no and the game keeps bothering you anyway, so I ended up deleting it.

I’ve been playing around with Vikings War of Clans for a bit, though I can’t tell if I started yesterday or last week with how many screens I’ve had to click through. The game itself is fine, but the interface feels clunky. There are popups and buttons everywhere, and sometimes I’m not sure if a menu is loading, frozen, or if I already opened the wrong thing two minutes ago. Simple stuff takes more searching than it should. It’s not awful, but it gets irritating quickly.

I put up a shield before going to sleep and still woke up completely wiped out. The timer showed I had hours left, but the game acted like the shield was already gone. I contacted support and just got the same copy-paste response, then kept getting pushed around in a support loop with no real answer. The whole shield system feels buggy and unfair, and I’m definitely not spending more money on this.

I played Vikings: War of Clans for a bit, mostly during lunch breaks and sometimes while waiting for my coffee to brew. At first it was actually fun — building up the town, training troops, joining a clan, doing all the usual upgrade stuff. It gives you that nice little feeling of progress in the beginning. After a while though, it started feeling like I was just staring at timers and upgrading the same buildings again and again. I thought there would be more strategy to it, but it didn’t feel as deep as I expected. Plus, stronger players can just roll over you, which gets old fast. It’s not a terrible game or anything, but for me it got boring quicker than I thought it would.

I actually really like the game when it’s working, but lately it’s been super frustrating. Battles keep freezing on me, and the loading screens take way too long. I also get random disconnects even though my Wi-Fi is totally fine. Support told me to clear the cache, but it barely made a difference. It’s a fun game, just not reliable enough right now.

I’d give Vikings: War of Clans about 4 stars, mostly because the events keep things interesting. They pop up often enough that I usually have something to do, even if I’m only logging in for a bit after work. When the rewards actually feel worth the effort, it’s satisfying. Clan events are definitely my favorite since they make the game feel less repetitive. My only complaint is that some events can be a real grind, and a few feel like they’re aimed more at people willing to spend a lot. I’m careful with what I spend, so that part can be frustrating. Still, overall the events are decent and they’re a big reason I keep coming back.

The chat is friendly most of the time. There are a few loud guys now and then, but it doesnt really ruin the experience. Overall, its a nice place to hang out.

I've been playing Vikings for a while now, it's still fun. You can make progress without paying if you're patient and get into a decent clan. That said, the big spenders definitely have an edge in events and battles. It's not totally broken or anything, but you can feel the difference. I'd give it 4 stars since free players can still enjoy it, it just takes longer.

I bought a few packs thinking maybe there’d be something worthwhile in there, but nope, it ended up feeling pointless. The whole thing had big ‘Congrats, You Played Yourself’ energy. Not the worst purchase ever, but definitely not something I’d rush to buy again...

I like how much this game kinda depends on your clan. Like, you’re not just off doing everything alone... people help with resources, attacks, events, all that stuff. Sometimes the chat gets a little messy or hard to follow, but when everyone’s actually working together, it’s just really fun.

The login protection seems good to me. I haven’t had any issues with my account getting messed with so far, and even my brother mentioned it feels secure when he helped me check my settings.

So... some of the updates are actually good, but others feel like they were pushed out a little too quickly. It’s not bad overall, just kind of uneven

I’ll admit, I was starting to wonder if my refund had vanished into the void. It took a few days, so there was a bit of suspense, but in the end it came through and everything worked out.

I gave vikingswarofclans a try, but i’d warn people not to expect much. The graphics feel outdated and kind of messy, and the sound effects get annoying fast because it’s the same noises over and over. After a while, it just wasn’t enjoyable to keep playing. I’d probably look for something better before spending too much time on this one.

I had to reach out to support on vikingswarofclans.com because I ran into a payment issue with my account. They did get back to me and eventually fixed it, so I appreciate that, but it took a couple of days and I had to send a follow-up before things really moved along. The response was useful once I got it, but I was definitely hoping for faster support. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating. Three stars feels about right...
